Delivery time includes preparation, shipping and delivery to your chosen address.
Whenever a product is out of stock, and additionnal delay is mentionned on product pages. Orders containing such products will be shipping as soon as our logitic team receives the products.

At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and the delivery date of your order.

- Light weight orders contain textile, papers, small decorative objects
- Medium weight orders contain small furniture (chairs, seats, stool) or a great number of light weight objects
- Heavy orders contain 3 or more small furniture
- When ordering furniture, a private conveyer will deliver your product.s.

In case of big furniture (Couch, bed, table…) a private conveyer will home deliver you, at your building’s doorstep. Starting at 29€

International

Fleux offers 3 shipping modes in Europe (Metropolitan France excluded).
We do not have shipping options in french department or region overseas (DROM), nor outside Europe.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You have 30 days from the shipping date to return your purchase, if the product was not damaged and if it is returned in its original package.

For easier returns, all returns must be announced to our Customer Service. We’ll give you a return voucher (available here) to ad dit in your return package. You can contact us at commande@fleux.com.

Exchanges are unfortunately impossible.
