This action cannot be undone, and it destroys all history of your orders.


Modification of your order

After finishing your purchase, you won't be able to cancel or modify it if it already is being prepared by our teams.

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept gift vouchers.

You can purchase gift cards in our stores. They are nominative and you can choose freely the amount of your gift card. They are available in our stores only, and cannot be bought nor used in our website.

Delivery time

On all product pages, you will see "in stock" next to the "add to shopping bag" button. If the product is out of order, pre-orders are offered: in this case, you will see an additional delivery time written next to the "add to shopping bag" button.

When you purchase several products, your order will be shipped when we receive all products.

Availability in our stores

We share our online stock with our stores, so if you see "in stock" on a product page, it means you can find the product in our stores. If an additional delay is presented on the product page, it means we do not have it in stock yet, but we your pre-order it.

Order status

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your order.

You have 30 days from the shipping date to return your purchase, if the product was not damaged and if it is returned in its original package. Please fill the Returns request form and add a copy to your package. You can return your order at the following address :

If you choose to return your order in our stores, a credit note can be givent to you. It will be available 6 months in all our stores (eshop excluded).

If you wish a refund, return your order at the address, refund will be processed 4 to 10 days in the payment option chosen during your order.

Damaged product

If your receive a damaged product, please let us know as soon as you get it by sending us an email at with a photo of the package and the product.

We will find a replacement solution as soon as possible.

Defective product

All defective product can be given back to us in our stores. If you cannot go to our stores, let us know by sending us an email at with photos of your product.

If needed, we will send you a coupon to send us your package free of charge and will find a solution quickly.
