Fleux offers 3 shipping modes in Europe (Metropolitan France excluded).
We do not have shipping options in french department or region overseas (DROM), nor outside Europe.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You have 30 days from the shipping date to return your purchase, if the product was not damaged and if it is returned in its original package.

For easier returns, all returns must be announced to our Customer Service. We’ll give you a return voucher (available here) to ad dit in your return package. You can contact us at commande@fleux.com.
