  • Creating an account on Fleux’ website will allow you to add favourite products to wishlists, find information about your orders and create lists of gifts.

    To do so, you will need to click on “sign up” in the bottom of the page, or in “my account” on the top right corner of the page.

    Specify whether you are a client or a professional (architect, interior designer, shop owner, hotel owner…). Fill the form and send it. Your account is created!

    If you are a professional, we will ask you for some additional information: name and domain of your company, SIRET, KBIS (png, jpg or pdf format) and a VAT number. Some information is optional, if you are outside France.  For more information, contact us at pro@fleux.com.

  • If you forgot your password, please click on “my account” then on “change my password”. You will receive an email on the email address you have filled out. Please follow the instructions on the email to reinitialize your password.

  • Our website allows you to add some products in a secret wishlist, and to create some public wishlists : this will allow you to create wedding lists, birthday lists, Christmas lists that you will be able to share with your friends and family.

  • To receive Fleux’ newsletter, please fill out your email address in the bottom part of the page, or in the “newsletter” pop-in that appears when you open the website.

    If you do not receive our newsletters, please check your spam folder, and add news@fleux.com to your contacts.

  • If you do not wish to receive our newsletter anymore, please click on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of your newsletter. 

    You can also unsubscribe in your account, by un-checking the “newsletter” box.

  • You can check and/or delete your personal data directly from your account. You can also contact us at gdpr@fleux.com by specifying your needs.

    Please note that fleeting your account is irrevocable and leads to the loss of your history of orders.
